Survey of Government Officials’ Perception of the Government Effectiveness

 

 

ERAT (Tata Kelola Pemerintahan yang Efektif, Efisien, dan Kuat) seeks the services of a qualified organization/company to conduct survey to measure the government perception of its effectiveness in promoting governance and the quality of public service delivery. ERAT plans to procure this service through a Fixed Price subcontract with a maximum total value of IDR 1,000,000,000 with a performance period of four months from the award date, with possibility to extension until 2025.

 

ERAT invites organization/company to submit a technical and financial proposal for the scope of work described Annex A. This RFP (including budget) only covers Baseline Phase of the statement of work, and renewal of contract for the mid-term and endline surveys will be contingent upon satisfactory performance in the baseline survey.  Please refer to the Section 1: schedule below for general background and instructions, Section 2 of this RFP for instructions on preparation of the technical proposal.  

 

All questions and inquiries related to this solicitation will be addressed at the vendor’s conference which will be held online on Tuesday,August 30, 2022, at 13.00 WIB. Proposal must be submitted no later than September 6, 2022, 17:00 WIB. Technical and budget proposals must be submitted through electronic form https://tiny.cc/eratbaselineapply in a single archive file (zip, rar, or 7-zip). Kindly rename the file into "[organization name] - RFP Baseline ERAT".

 

Please note the costs incurred by the vendor for the preparation of a proposal and the negotiation of contract are not reimbursable. ERAT is not bound to accept any of the proposals submitted and reserves the right to accept the offers of proposal without further discussion. ERAT will only evaluate proposals from registered and qualified organization/company to implement and complete the work described in Appendix A.
