Yayasan Keadilan dan Perdamaian Indonesia (YKPI) is looking for an experienced and competent candidate for the Admin and Finance Officerbased in Yogyakarta



JOB SUMMARY 

Admin and Finance Officer is responsible for administration, correspondence, drafting MoU’s and contracts, logistics, inventory, filing, finance and accounting. 

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS   

Administration: 

  • Responsible for drafting MOU and contract for partners, consultants and vendors 
  • Responsible for office correspondence to partners, consultants and vendors 
  • Responsible to organize, archive and filing documents 
  • Responsible of the procurement process 
  • Responsible for the asset and inventory update 
  • Responsible for routine maintenance of office equipment and IT system 
  • Responsible to prepare the logistic for office activities, meeting, program visit and MONEV 
  • Participate in the meeting or training as requested or directed by the Admin and Finance Coordinator/Program Manager 
  • Perform other administrative tasks as directed by the Admin and Finance Coordinator/Program Manager 

 

Finance: 

  • Responsible to process the payment (cash or bank transfer) 
  • Responsible to prepare the payroll, BPJS and tax 
  • Responsible to prepare the tax reporting according to Indonesian taxation systems 
  • Responsible to enter the financial transaction into the system 
  • Responsible for financial documentation 
  • Assisting the Admin and Finance Coordinator for preparing the budget and tracking 
  • Assisting the Admin and Finance Coordinator in the preparation and process of audit 
  • Provide support to Program Manager and Consultant team 
  • Perform other financial tasks as directed by the Admin and Finance Coordinator 



QUALIFICATIONS 

  • A Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 (five) years’ work of experience in similar role 
  • Having Knowledge and experience in administration, logistic, procurement, finance and accounting 
  • Experience in book-keeping and managing petty cash 
  • Familiar with internet banking system 
  • Familiar with Indonesian taxation payment and reporting 
  • Familiar with BPJS system and payment 
  • Advanced computer skills (MS Office, Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Webinar) and familiar with accounting software 
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and multi task 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Professional proficiency in written and spoken English 
  • Willingness to travel within YKPI’s working areas
